After working at Ristorante La Murena Kyomachibori and Ponte Vecchio, he gained experience as a head chef of an Italian restaurant in Osaka City.
In 2012 he opened his own restaurant "IL CHIARO" in Takatsuki City.
In 2021 he renamed the restaurant “capi” and relocated to Kitashinchi in Osaka City.
